Refund and Returns Policy
At Noclout FR STORE, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every piece you purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note:
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns for accessories or intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sale@nocloutfrance.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
